STEP 2:
Execute Purchase & Sale Agreement

Provide your names as you plan to take legal title, emails, phone numbers and the name (if any) of the real estate broker you are associated with and your desired Residence.

 

Sales team will provide you a filled in PSA that can be electronically signed for execution by Buyer.

STEP 3:
Select Upgrade Finishes Options

Please select your personal Standard Finishes color.

 

Should you choose Upgraded Finishes, please select all options from the Finishes page.

STEP 4:
Complete Purchase

Sign fully completed Purchase and Sale Agreement with any Upgrade selections.  Next, wire the Upgrades costs (to be provided previously) along with 5% non-refundable Earnest Money then you are Under Contract!
